Boho Bee Company was born out of a deep desire to make a change in the lives of those we care about most – our family, our community and our environment.​

Our signature beeswax wraps and bags are handcrafted using only 100% cotton fabric, locally sourced beeswax, US pine resin, and Jojoba oil. Use them to cover bowls, wrap produce, pack snacks, sandwiches or create beautiful reusable gift wrapping.

Classes are available for private gatherings, community groups, schools, businesses, and special events. Participants leave with handmade products they can use at home, along with the knowledge to continue making more sustainable choices.

Beeswax has naturally occurring antibacterial qualities which are infused into our wraps. Pine resin has naturally occurring anti-septic qualities, so food just stays fresher longer!
The Boho Bee Story
Hi! I'm Rani and I am the founder of the Boho Bee Company which is where my business story starts. My business was born out of a deep desire to make a change in the lives of those I care about most – my family, my community and my town.​

On a trip to New Zealand, I saw students of all ages marching through the streets of main cities, to draw attention to major environmental issues. The care and keeping of the environment was a part of the daily conversation with everyone I met. My niece and nephew told me that plastic was banned from their school lunches. NO PLASTIC AT ALL?
​
Hearing this, I decided enough was enough! I wanted to make a change. This was my eureka moment! I realized, as parents and community members, we are in a position to model good environmental practices. We can each make a small change in our daily lives by reducing our use of plastic. That is why I formed the Boho Bee Company – to create an eco friendly alternative to plastic for keeping food fresh, while reducing our plastic footprint.
